On March 02, 2010, First Lady Bun Rany Hun Sen [Cambodian Red Cross President] gave me an acknowledgement certificate to my contribution to Cambodian Society on Valentine’s Day in Phnom Penh research findings in 2008 & in 2009. While, on March 04, 2010, the Valentine’s Day reports were reacted by The Prime Minister Hun Sen during his speech on Women’s Day ceremony organized by MOWA at RUPP.
