Tong Soprach, 38, a holder of a Master degree in Public Health with extensive experience in research in population studies, demographics, reproductive health and gender based violence.
He has worked with local NGOs such as GAD/C as well as international agencies such as CARE International. That the focus of your work has been to bring about changes in male attitudes in regards to sexual violence to allow for reproductive health rights and safe and responsible sex. And another study on “Bauk” gang rape issue as well.

He is a freelance consultant with expertise in public health, gender and education and in that role he has undertaken annual surveys regarding Valentine’s Day and the impact of Valentine’s Day on sexual activities

As human right activist to stopping violence against women, his work has resulted in you being selected to be the Social Affairs columnist for the Phnom Penh Post and he has being selected to accompany Secretaries of State to high level meetings in USA and India.

As a Social-affairs columnist for the Phnom Penh Post’s Khmer edition, with 3-year experience on this fields, he analyzes including social, economic, politic, human rights, public health, gender and education fields, and also ASEAN relevant issue. He was nominated to join in the ASEAN Young Leader Forum in Phnom Penh during the 21st ASEAN summit hosted in Cambodia in 2012 “ASEAN: One community, one destiny”.
